Terms of Service

It is understood that Imperial Productions is the official videographer, and other videographers, professional or not will be permitted at our discretion.
In the event of a postponement or cancellation of this contract, all retainers paid are non refundable.
Imperial Productions reserves the right to use the original tape and/or reproductions for display, publication or other purposes. Original videotapes/DVDs remain the exclusive property of Imperial Productions.
Imperial Productions takes very good care of the exposure, editing, duplication and delivery of video/DVD products and services offered. However, in the event that Imperial Productions fails to comply with the terms of this contract, due to any event or act outside of our control, Imperial Productions liability is limited to refund of the retainer.
No videotape/DVD, either in progress or completed, may be taken off the premises of Imperial Productions unless balance is paid in full.
NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these videotapes/DVDs elsewhere without Imperial Productions' permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
